Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via email and online web tools.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing first, second, and third-tier product support via email and online web tools;
- Opening and handling multiple support tickets daily;
- Troubleshooting issues in a timely manner;
- Writing clear and concise communication on customer tickets;
- Accessing customer-specific servers as part of issue resolution;
- Interacting with vendors and payers to resolve issues;
- Developing and maintaining product knowledge base and FAQ;
- Attending payer calls, clearing house calls, and support calls;
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, IT, Computer Applications, or Software Engineering;
- 2-3 years of related work experience required;
- Previous product support experience from an EMR/PMS/Medical Billing/RCM company/Healthcare industry is a plus;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and multitasking abilities;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, Database programming (SQL scripts), MS Excel analytics, Windows Server, Application Server, DBMS, SOAP, XML, and JSON.
