Key Responsibilities

As a key member of Cynosure Corporate Solutions' growth team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new growth opportunities in existing and emerging markets.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong business relationships with current and potential clients to facilitate usage and retention.

You will be expected to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Additionally, you will be required to answer potential client questions, follow up on calls, and respond to requests for proposals.

Outbound calls to new and potential clients will be a regular part of your responsibilities.

You will also be responsible for converting free customers to paid customers through plan upgrades to improve customer lifetime value.

Generating referrals and positive reviews from clients to create a positive word-of-mouth impact will also be a key aspect of your role.

You will be expected to meet or exceed quotas for calls, appointments, demonstrations, and conversions/upgrades.

Maintaining a pipeline of all leads using CRM software will also be an important part of your responsibilities.

Product demonstrations to potential customers will be an essential part of your role, requiring you to assess product-market fit and reduce churn.

You will work efficiently both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Requirements

Skills and Experience

  • 2 years of experience in US/UK/Canada customer-facing sales/onboarding roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication.
  • Product demonstration skills are an advantage.
  • Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.
  • Understanding of SAAS and Subscription Economy.
  • Learning and growth mindset.
  • Comfortable with proactive outreach and handling objections.
  • Problem-solving skills and aptitude to improvise, adapt, and overcome.
  • Articulate with business acumen.
  • Metric detail-oriented and strong time management skills.
  • Predominantly night-shift working hours.
