Senior Client Growth Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Client Growth Strategist to join our team at Twixor. As a key member of our customer success and growth team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and retention of our existing client base.

Job Responsibilities
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and own the value roadmap for each customer.
- Collaborate with customers on onboarding, product implementations, and adoption plans to set the groundwork for their successful journey.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, providing continuous feedback and new feature requests to our product engineering and internal teams.
- Utilize data and best practices to drive usage and adoption of the Twixor platform.
- Benchmark against industry standards and maintain a strong referenceable customer base, with ownership for maintaining customer satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain essential technical knowledge of the product and guide customers through relevant features and functionalities tailored to their business needs.
- Collaborate with Sales and Solutions teams to identify new opportunities and provide references as applicable.
- Work closely with internal teams and customers to define critical goals and KPIs that lead to value delivery.
- Uncover and manage customer risk related to customer outcomes, renewals, or customer satisfaction.
- Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into our CRM database.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success roles with B2B enterprise software SaaS.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
- Proficient in driving solution and use case development with clients.
- Comfortable with technology and giving product demos.
- Desire to innovate and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and orally.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of customer success metrics.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards and the location of Bangalore or Chennai, India.

- Prior experience working with growth-stage companies in B2B SaaS/Messaging.
- Exposure to low-code technology platforms, particularly in industries like Banking, Healthcare, Retail, and others.
