Looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective project execution and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 15-20 customer service associates and motivate them to achieve KPIs.
  • Oversee project execution, monitor KPIs and target compliance.
  • Be well-versed with G-suite, particularly Google Sheets and Google Slides.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet productivity and quality metrics.
  • Document issues as needed and ensure adherence to policy and procedures.
  • Manage processes, resources, and system applications.
  • Follow standard practices and business procedures.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Monitor emails/chat taken by associates and provide feedback.
  • Take weekly, monthly tickets as per KRAs.
  • Interact with the quality team to seek feedback on team performance and quality scores.

Requirements: 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in US BFS Email. Fluency in English is required. Excellent knowledge of G-suite is necessary.
