We're on the lookout for a skilled Operations manager to manage the entire organization's operations well. Everything from office management, vendor management, crisis management etc.

You have all our desired qualities, if:

-You have 5-8 years of experience in office administration and operation.

-Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.

-Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

-Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

-Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

-Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)

-Experience in managing budgets and expenses.

-Good understanding of statutory compliance.

-Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems.

Your everyday work will look like:


-Ensure general management of office by overseeing operational efficiency, effective communications, and other strategic and tactical planning. -Manage company facilities, including space planning/design, vendor contracts and relations, and office functions and services. -Serve as primary liaison between company staff and building managers, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests. -Oversee and achieve organizational goals while maintaining an efficient, productive, and positive office culture and employee experience.

-Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to  company policies.

-Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.

-Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

-Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.

-Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.

-Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.

-Handling entire insurance process.

-Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.

-Schedule in-house and external events.

-Keep up to date with legal developments and advise management on compliance and risk matters. Provide regular communications to all employees on changes or updates to employment law or HR best practice. -Effectively maintaining Petty Cash. -Security Management, Office-Stock Management, Office facilitation Management. -Vendor management includes placing orders, following up with vendors, bill settlement, negotiating quotations. -To manage office supplies, including inventory and purchasing (Laptop replenishment, Onboarding kit replenishment etc)

-Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc for the management and employees when required.
