Job Opportunity: Lead Operational Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to lead the management of soft services and general operations across our educational campus.

The role involves overseeing housekeeping, garden maintenance, pantry services and asset management to ensure a safe, clean and conducive environment for students, faculty, and staff.

The successful candidate will have experience managing service teams, vendors, and ensuring compliance with campus safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Soft Services Management
  1. Supervise housekeeping, garden maintenance, and pantry services teams to maintain high-quality services and promote efficient operations.
  2. Manage vendor contracts and relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective provision of services.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with campus safety standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives and support student success.
  5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to soft services and general operations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing service teams and vendors.
  • Strong knowledge of campus safety standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
