Lead Cybersecurity Training Development

This is a senior leadership position within our Cyber Security Centre of Excellence (CSCoE). The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of cybersecurity training programs, including curriculum development, instructor training, and student assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee curriculum development and ensure quality and effectiveness of all cybersecurity education initiatives
  • Manage training delivery and resource allocation
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify training needs and gaps

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Good technical knowledge of cybersecurity domains
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to identify and solve complex problems related to cybersecurity training and education

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/CERTIFICATION:

  • Advanced degree in Cybersecurity or Information Technology
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, PMP, MBA (Technology Management)

Job Profile:

The Lead Cybersecurity Training Development role involves strategic planning, resource management, and stakeholder engagement to design and develop curriculum for cyber security capacity building. This includes working closely with industry experts, academia, and stakeholders to ensure the success of our academy in building a skilled cybersecurity workforce.
