  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication, promote a culture of excellence, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Implement efficient food production systems, manage inventory, and minimize waste to optimize profitability.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety and hygiene policies, maintain accurate records, and address any incidents promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in senior hospitality management roles, preferably with a track record of success in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
