Role Overview

The Client Onboarding Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the long-term success of our clients by providing them with an exceptional onboarding experience. This involves owning customer relationships, making them successful, and fans of their business while listening to customer feedback to form a pipeline of customer insights for our product team.


Main Responsibilities
  1. Owning customer onboarding & giving customers a delightful onboarding experience.
    1. Tracking product adoption for our customers, ensuring they are getting maximum value leading to upsells and expansion revenue.
  2. Becoming a trusted product advisor for our customers, helping them with all the tricks of the trade to get maximum value from our services.

We are looking for someone who genuinely likes helping people and making them successful, has a genuine interest in conversations with people from different backgrounds to learn about their lives, and cares about delivering a service experience that parallels a Michelin star Italian restaurant.


Key Skills & Qualifications
  • You will have experience with customer onboarding and be able to provide a tailored experience to meet each client's needs.
  • You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients.
  • You will be proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
