About the Role:

This individual will be part of a dynamic team, working closely with trainers, HR, and operations to create a comprehensive onboarding process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proven track record of success in coordination, training, or related fields.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs tailored to meet the specific needs of new hires.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the onboarding process.
  • Conduct initial interviews with prospective candidates to assess their suitability for the role.
  • Assign selected candidates to trainers for skill development and ongoing support.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
Requirements:
