Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Servicenow HRSD specialist to fill this critical position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong expertise in key areas such as HR Profiles, Case management, HR Tasks, Record producers, Knowledge Management, and Onboarding Life cycle.
  • Have extensive experience in working or supporting customization in the HRSD module.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in scripting skills and Service Catalogs expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of experience in Servicenow ITSM & platform.
  • At least three years of experience working in the HRSD module.
  • Certifications: HRSD Certified (Mandatory), CSA, CAD (Good to have).
