We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Guest Reservation Manager. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing guest reservations, group bookings, and event inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Room Reservations: Coordinate with guests, travel agents, and other stakeholders to manage room reservations, group bookings, and event inquiries via phone, email, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
  • Provide Information and Upsell Opportunities: Offer accurate information on availability, pricing, packages, and promotions to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Coordinate with Operations Teams: Work closely with front office, housekeeping, food and beverage teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain Records and Reports: Update records of reservations, guest preferences, and reports to ensure data accuracy.
  • Build Relationships and Handle Guest Concerns: Establish strong relationships with corporates, travel agents, and repeat guests while efficiently handling cancellations, modifications, and special requests.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Hold a degree in hotel management, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Prior Experience: Possess prior experience in reservations, sales, or guest relations in the hospitality industry.
  • Language Skills: Demonstrate strong communication skills in English and proficiency in Hindi and Bengali is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Hotel Systems: Have knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS) and online travel agency (OTA) platforms.
  • Sales-Driven and Customer-Oriented: Be sales-driven, customer-oriented, and detail-focused with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
