Lead and drive strategic Human Resource functions across the organization.


Opening for a senior HR leader to spearhead all aspects of human resource management.

This key role oversees the entire HR function ensuring effective talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with statutory requirements.

The successful candidate will lead by example, promoting a positive work culture and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to all relevant labor laws, factory act provisions, and company policies.
  2. Employee Engagement: Design and implement initiatives to boost productivity, morale, and overall employee satisfaction.
  3. Grievance Redressal: Establish structured procedures for addressing employee grievances, promoting transparency and fairness.
  4. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with functional heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  5. Capability Building: Develop and implement training programs to enhance skills and capabilities of employees.
  6. Performance Management: Drive timely appraisals, constructive feedback, and career development opportunities for employees.
  7. Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
  8. Plant Administration: Oversee day-to-day operations of plant administration, including transport, travel, office management, and facility management.
  9. Change Management: Act as a catalyst for change, driving innovation and improvement within the organization.
  10. HR Best Practices: Collaborate with regional and corporate HR teams to implement HR policies, systems, and best practices.
  11. Security Services: Supervise security services at the plant.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree in HR/IR/Personnel Management (MBA/MSW/PGDM or equivalent).
  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing/plant HR.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory act provisions, and industrial relations.
  • Demonstrated experience in statutory compliance, and contract workforce management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive change.
  • Crisis management and problem-solving ability.
  • High integrity, resilience, and business acumen.
