Senior Human Resources Leader

Our organization is seeking a seasoned and strategic HR leader to drive operational excellence, standardize processes, and manage senior HR leaders across multiple sites and corporate locations.

The ideal candidate will report directly to the CHRO and be instrumental in shaping the HR operations framework aligned with our long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end HR Operations, including multiple sites and corporate teams
  • Manage and mentor Site HR Heads and Corporate HR teams
  • Drive implementation and governance of HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
  • Own Employee Life Cycle Management, including onboarding, transfers, exits, and documentation
  • Strengthen and scale HRIS systems, workflows, and reporting mechanisms
  • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across all HR functions
  • Proactively handle grievance redressal, workplace practices, and policy implementation
  • Define and implement best practices in HR operations to enhance efficiency, standardization, and employee experience
  • Act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders including senior leadership and business heads

Requirements:

  • MBA in HR from Top Tier Institutes
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations within large organizations

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong experience in managing multi-location HR teams and high-scale operations
  • Deep understanding of HR systems, compliance, labor laws, process design and execution
  • Demonstrated ability to work at a strategic level, while managing complex operational details
  • Experience reporting to CXO/CHRO level leadership
