Job Overview

Fonada is looking for a seasoned Presales Consultant to help us articulate the value proposition of our innovative products and services to potential clients and partners.

This role involves explaining and writing detailed descriptions of all product features and APIs, as well as engaging with customers in English to support pre-sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Documentation: Develop clear, detailed, and user-friendly documentation for all product features, including SMS, OBD, IVR, Contact Center, and AI-backed modules.
  • API Documentation: Create technical descriptions and examples for API integrations, helping customers and developers understand how to use our APIs effectively.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements, present tailored product demonstrations, and articulate how our CPaaS solutions can meet their business needs.
  • Customer Engagement: Effectively communicate with customers in English via email, calls, and meetings to explain technical solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Solution Proposals: Collaborate with the sales team to design and present compelling proposals for prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our platform and how it can add value to their communication needs.
  • Industry Expertise: Leverage your experience in the CPaaS industry to provide industry insights, trends, and best practices, helping clients understand how our solutions stand out in the market.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment in messaging and feature understanding.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in the CPaaS industry, particularly with SMS, OBD, IVR, and Contact Center solutions.
  • Strong technical writing skills for product and API documentation.
  • Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or similar roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable solutions using our product suite.
  • Familiarity with APIs, cloud-based communication platforms, and customer support solutions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
