
Executive B2B Sales Lead

As a skilled sales professional, you will take ownership of our outbound sales pipeline and lead a team to achieve outreach and lead generation goals. This role is ideal for someone who excels in developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers and is passionate about staying updated on industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies to engage key decision-makers.
- Research and build targeted prospect lists using various tools and platforms.
- Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to qualify leads and identify their fit for our solution.
- Schedule meetings or demos for sales team members.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales development representatives to achieve outreach and lead generation goals.
- Review and optimise outreach scripts and email sequences.
- Collaborate with marketing to align on campaign messaging and targeting.
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Ensure accurate data entry and lead management in the CRM.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation, with at least 1 year in a leadership or mentoring capacity.
