
Corporate Business Development Lead

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires you to build strong relationships with key accounts from various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, acquire, and deepen relationships with key accounts from Trusts, Associations, Societies, Clubs, Religious Institutions, and Educational Institutions.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify new business opportunities and convert them into real revenue streams.
- Promote existing customer relationships to ensure long-term growth and retention.
- Evaluate annual business targets and develop action plans to meet them.
- Regularly review underperforming customers and generate action plans for improvement.
- Analyze client needs and generate new revenue through cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through efficient servicing and superior products.
- Organize marketing events and conferences to engage with new customers.
- Enhance process efficiency and provide inputs for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the product team to customize products and improve processes.
- Stay up-to-date on market intelligence and industry best practices.
Important Considerations:
Familiarize yourself with all policies and procedures related to products, Know Your Customer (KYC), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
