The Role: Corporate Learning Program Manager

A dedicated professional is required to shape and deliver corporate learning solutions that align with client needs in the US market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead program execution across technology, content production, and third-party providers.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear program roadmaps and deliverables.
  • Align stakeholders on goals, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Partner with the content production team to communicate priorities and define content requirements.
  • Ensure content development meets customer needs, market trends, and sales pipeline demands.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within corporate L&D.
  • Secure pilot customers for new content initiatives.
  • Provide insights from customer pilots and market research to enhance product positioning.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • 6–8 years of experience in program management, preferably in corporate learning or related industries.
  • Strong background in cross-functional program leadership across technology, content, and sales teams.
  • Proven ability to launch and grow technology platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of the US corporate L&D landscape.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect learning initiatives to customer and business outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
