Job Title: Business Development Manager

The role of Business Development Manager entails spearheading the New Business Development initiative under the Farmer Financing (FF) product. Responsibilities include mentoring sales officers and fostering collaborative relationships with peers in other business groups.

Key objectives include:

  • Conduct market research, customer analysis, and trend monitoring within focus Agri Value Chains
  • Develop targeted customer acquisition and penetration strategies
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for FF activities
  • Provide insights on new product requirements and assist in customizing corporate needs
  • Develop Farmer Financing Assets through collaboration with Corporate RMs and FF teams

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduation: Preferably in Agri Business

  • Preferably with exposure to the banking/financial industry, particularly with a corporate background
