Job Title: Documentation Coordinator

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee export documentation procedures, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Maintain open communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment processes.
  • Strategize and implement efficient logistics solutions to meet customer needs and deadlines.
  • Develop and manage export documentation, including LC documents, customs forms, and other relevant paperwork.
  • Negotiate with service providers to secure optimal rates and services for clients.
  • Analyze and optimize export processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards for export documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of export documentation procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
