Job Title: Technical Content Developer

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Content Developer to create high-quality documentation for our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing and editing technical content, with experience in creating user manuals, guides, and other documentation.


Responsibilities:
  • Create various documents and manuals, including parts, operators, repair, service bulletin, and kit assembly instructions
  • Edit full documents, including those written by other employees, with a full understanding of all styles and standards
  • Publish documents into various locations and maintain data in an orderly and protected manner
  • Identify, manage, incorporate, and publish content provided by translators and other outside services
  • Manage full documents, including content provided by other writers

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-6 years of experience in a similar role
  • SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE IN BOTH COMMUNICATION AND TECHNICAL FIELD
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobiles/Mechatronics engineering or equivalent
  • SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE OF HYDRAULICS, ELECTRICAL, AND MECHANICS
  • EXPERIENCE IN STRUCTURE AUTHORING, DITA STANDARD CONTENT, AND/OR CMS
  • EXPERIENCE IN UNDERSTANDING AND DRAWING OF HYDRAULIC & ELECTRICAL SCHEMATICS
  • EXPERIENCE IN Adobe Creative Cloud software suite & Google Suite software
  • EXPERIENCE IN UNDERSTANDING OF CAD/PLM SYSTEMS
  • EFFECTIVE LISTENING, ORAL, AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • ORGANIZED PLANNING FOR MANAGING DAILY TASKS AND LONG TERM PROJECTS
