Our organization seeks a skilled technical writer to create high-quality documentation for our stakeholders and team members. This individual will have expertise in crafting various types of user documentation, analyzing complex systems, and obtaining information from subject matter experts.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to produce accurate and comprehensive documentation.
  • Create user-friendly manuals, guides, presentations, and other materials.
  • Analyze complex systems and software to identify gaps in existing documentation.
  • Gather information from subject matter experts and develop reproducible methods for creating clear and concise documentation.
  • Evaluate contractual requirements and define project structures.
  • ID risks pertaining to project operations and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate O&M requirements with project stakeholders and collect input documents.
  • Publish O&M Manuals in the required format and language, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Review input documents for format, structure, and language, and inform document providers for corrective actions.
  • Cultivate relationships with document providers for timely delivery and quality of their documents.
  • Clarify and support site queries related to O&M Manuals.
  • Resolve O&M-related issues and reach agreements, internally and externally.
  • Document lessons learned for projects and communicate them for future benefits.
