We are seeking a skilled Documentation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation that meets the needs of our stakeholders.

Job Description
  • Partner with stakeholders and team members to produce high-quality technical documentation that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Create various types of user documentation, including manuals, guides, presentations, and more, that are clear, concise, and easy to understand.
  • Analyze complex technical systems and software to identify gaps in existing documentation and develop strategies to address them.
  • Obtain information from subject matter experts and establish methods for generating documentation that meet professional standards.
  • Review contractual requirements and prepare requirement specifications for O&M Manual preparation.
  • Develop an O&M structure for projects that meets contractual obligations.
  • Identify risks related to project O&M and provide proposals for mitigation.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to communicate O&M requirements and collect input documents.
  • Collect, compile, and publish O&M Manuals in the required format and language, ensuring timely delivery and quality deliverables.
  • Review input O&M documents for format, structure, and language, and inform document providers of any necessary corrections.
  • Interact with document providers to ensure on-time delivery and quality of their documents.
  • Clear up site/Customer queries related to O&M Manuals and respond in a timely manner.
  • Ensure follow-up and timely response on O&M-related issues and reach agreements internally and externally.
  • Prepare lessons learned for projects and communicate them to benefit future projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in documentation engineering or related field.
