
HR Program Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled HR Program Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution of HR policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, handle pre-joining documentation, and background verification. Facilitate onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Employee Records & Compliance: Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases. Assist in payroll preparation with accurate leave and attendance data. Ensure compliance with statutory laws and company policies.
- Employee Engagement & Relations: Organize engagement activities and events. Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. Support maintaining a positive and professional work culture.
- Performance Management & Training: Assist with performance appraisal processes. Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records. Support employee development initiatives.
- General HR Support: Draft HR letters (offer, confirmation, etc.).
