Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our sales team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding a group of business development managers and associates in achieving sales qualified leads targets.

To excel in this role, you will need to continuously monitor and train the team to improve performance and qualification rates, provide counsel on learning prospects, offer career advice, and explain how our programs can accelerate careers.

Main responsibilities include overseeing the entire pre-sales closing lifecycle, generating outcomes with optimal customer acquisition costs, maintaining detailed databases of interactions with leads, and analyzing customer behavior and market demands.

Requirements include 5+ years of experience in sales or pre-sales, specifically in ed tech, as well as proven experience of 3+ years in managing and heading sales or pre-sales teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills are also essential.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of empathy, great patience, and a passion for delivering high levels of customer service at all times.
