Job Description:

Determine and implement competitive compensation structures in accordance with industry benchmarks and employee expectations. Ensure that salary scales align with market standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salary Structure Development: Design and develop comprehensive salary structures that meet the organization's objectives, taking into account local tax laws, social security requirements, and other relevant government regulations.
  • Taxation and Social Security Compliance: Verify that compensation structures adhere to local tax laws, social security requirements, and other relevant government regulations across multiple regions.
  • Policy Review and Compliance: Participate in the review of compensation policies from a compliance and administrative perspective, ensuring policies meet regulatory requirements and business needs.
  • Cross-Border Legal Compliance: Facilitate business operations in new countries by ensuring compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Policy Sign-Off: Provide final approval on compensation and benefits policies, ensuring consistency and alignment with the organization's goals and legal obligations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Compensation Expertise: In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, taxation, and social security requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements across multiple regions.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business teams and stakeholders.
