
Strategic Business Development Manager

- Deliver strategic consulting services to clients under senior guidance, driving business outcomes and growth.
- Manage daily client activities with or without direction from seniors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Contribute to business development, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities that align with the company's goals.
- Attend, participate in, and often lead client meetings, effectively communicating key messages and strategies.
- Own media and influencer outreach, building and maintaining a network of key journalists and influencers to promote the company's services.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience, including leadership roles working with senior and junior colleagues, demonstrating ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
- Understanding of how agency services contribute to client retention and growth, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and value.
- Professional communication and representation skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Able to guide and mentor junior colleagues, providing coaching and development opportunities to help them grow and succeed.
- Tactful and respectful approach towards colleagues and clients, prioritizing teamwork and client satisfaction, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
