Strategic Business Developer

A strategic business developer plays a pivotal role in driving the successful deployment of solutions for clients.

Working closely with client stakeholders and internal teams, you will understand business objectives, design tailored implementation strategies, and execute end-to-end delivery. Your focus is on delivering value through effective project management, clear communication, and alignment with customer goals – ensuring a smooth transition and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Understand client objectives and align them with product solutions to drive their success.
  • Prepare detailed business requirements documents for implementation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing client needs and ensuring adoption of new features and services.
  • Drive implementation projects by collaborating with clients, pre-sales teams, and product teams.
  • Provide actionable insights to customers using data analysis.
  • Offer training and resources to ensure customers understand and utilize the product effectively.
Requirements:
  • Good first principle thinker.
  • Understanding of supply chain principles and operations in detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting within a supply chain, SaaS, or tech-driven company.
  • Experience in managing projects and working in a collaborative environment.
