At our organization, we are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Order Management Specialist. This position involves managing customer inquiries related to orders, including tracking, shipping, and delivery issues.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service via phone, email and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to customer queries.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints regarding order discrepancies, including missing or damaged items.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints, escalating issues to management as necessary.
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and order management efficiency.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in Order Management.
- Excellent communication skills, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
