Job Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional to join our team in the lubricants sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the lubricants market.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets for lubricant products within assigned territories.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Max Spare lubricant products and their applications.
  • Present regular sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business Administration.
  • 10-15 years of experience in sales, preferably in the lubricants or related industries.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation skill.
  • In-depth knowledge of lubricants (Grease & Oil) and their applications.
