Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Development Professional to directly support our founder in launching and scaling the business.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing critical administrative and operational tasks.

  • Manage the founder's calendar, meetings, travel, and communications by ensuring timely reminders, follow-ups, and updates are circulated to all stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain vendor lists, contracts, and contact databases to streamline communication and facilitate smooth execution of deliverables.
  • Create and update Excel/Google Sheets for budgets, timelines, and project tracking to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Coordinate with consultants, designers, and vendors to guarantee seamless execution of projects and meet deadlines.
  • Assist with launch planning, events, and activations for the brand by conducting thorough research on market trends and competitors.
  • Prepare meeting notes, reminders, and follow-ups to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Act as a project manager for administrative workflows, keeping tasks and deadlines on track while ensuring effective time management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets with excellent data analysis and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a growth mindset and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, F&B, startups, or executive assistance is preferred but not mandatory.
