
Senior Public Sector Strategist

We are seeking a driven and analytical professional to lead business development and advisory engagements in the Government and Public Sector domain. The role requires expertise in investment promotion, policy implementation, and infrastructure research with a proven track record of stakeholder engagement across central/state departments, PSUs, and industry associations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end government consulting and account management activities across IT, electronics, and infrastructure sectors.
- Facilitate investment promotion and policy implementation through direct engagement with ministries, state departments, and public agencies.
- Act as liaison between government and industry during national and international events, trade shows, and investment summits.
- Conduct policy research, feasibility studies, and sectoral analyses to support decision-making and project development.
- Identify and nurture opportunities through tenders, empanelments, and public-private partnership (PPP) initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with government officials, industry stakeholders, and investors to position the organization as a trusted partner.
- Develop presentations, proposals, and communication material for government and PSU engagements.
- Maintain MIS dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track policy implementation and project progress.
- Stay updated on digital transformation initiatives, procurement guidelines, and sector-specific government schemes.
Requirements:
- 3–8 years of experience in government consulting, investment promotion, or infrastructure research.
- Strong exposure to IT & electronics, urban infrastructure, transport, energy, and water sectors.
- Proven experience in policy advisory, government liaison, and project facilitation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to government departments, industry events, and project sites.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in consulting firms, government advisory projects, or multilateral agency assignments.
- Strong understanding of government procurement, incentive processing, and investment facilitation.
- Ability to analyze large datasets, prepare market research reports, and deliver actionable insights.
- Experience with event representation, branding, and promotional outreach in government/PSU contexts.
