We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Government e-Marketplace (GeM) operations and tender management processes. This role is critical in expanding our presence in public sector IT solutions and managing relationships with government clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Tender Management: Manage and oversee GeM portal operations, including product catalog management, pricing updates, and order processing
  • Lead End-to-End Tender Management: Lead end-to-end tender management for IT government contracts including preparation, submission, and follow-up
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with government procurement policies, GeM guidelines, and tender specifications
  • Client Relationship Management: Coordinate between internal technical teams and public sector clients to deliver tailored IT solutions
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market opportunities in government IT sector and prepare strategic proposals
  • Pricing Strategies: Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies in government tenders
  • Documentation: Manage documentation, contracts, and legal compliance for government projects
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in GeM operations and government tender management
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and policies
  • Experience with IT sector tenders, particularly in cybersecurity, data centers, or digital infrastructure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and tender management tools
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements for government contracts
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
