Job Title: MEP Sales cum Project Engineer

As a seasoned professional in the MEP sector, you will be responsible for driving business growth and overseeing the execution of projects.

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing projects.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and crafting tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and ensure timely delivery.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • BE/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and project management within the MEP sector (HVAC experience preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical panels, and plumbing layouts.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents, including drawings, BOQs, and project schedules.
  • Superior communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
