Brick & Bolt is a managed marketplace that provides construction services. We are category creators and front-runners in the space. We are solving one of the most complex business problems and creating an ecosystem of trust for stakeholders - customers, construction professionals, and material vendors.

We are not just trying to organize the industry but disrupt it completely using technology and processes - creating the playbook for the industry.

The Indian real estate market is earmarked to be a $650 billion market in 2025 and a $1 trillion worth sector in 2030. With over 85% construction still unorganized in India, our platform is on a path to capture the massive and super-broken market using our technology and processes.

We have expanded to more than 12 cities in 15 months. Our platform has raised a total of $16 million through two rounds of funding. Earlier, Sequoia Surge, Fundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited, and Stride Ventures invested in us. In January 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10 million from Accel and Celesta Capital.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Manager – Partnerships & Alliance to spearhead the growth of our commercial vertical by identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partnerships. This role will focus on creating a strong network of landowners and ecosystem partners who can support the execution of commercial construction projects.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
