Head of Ecosystem Development – Education

This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships with various stakeholders in the education sector, including Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Educational Publishers, ICT Solution Providers, Affordable Private School (APS) Chains, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Education Labs Suppliers, Hardware Suppliers, and other education solution providers for schools.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand Adobe's footprint in the Indian education sector.
  • Identify and engage with potential partners across ISVs, publishers, ICT players, APS chains, NGOs, labs, hardware suppliers, and other education-focused organizations.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements aligned with Adobe's strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure successful partner onboarding and enablement.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners to promote Adobe's education offerings.
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Represent Adobe at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to build brand visibility and thought leadership.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management, preferably in the education or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partner ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian education landscape and key stakeholders.
  • Experience working in the education sector and with partner types such as ISVs, Publishers, NGOs, APS, ICT players, Labs, and Hardware Suppliers is essential.
