Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Head, located in Kanpur. The Cluster Head will be responsible for overseeing Sales of Yes securities Product from Yes Bank channel, and ensuring achieving business targets. Daily tasks include managing branch staff, fostering client relationships, strategizing to meet financial goals, and collaborating with senior management to align branch activities with company objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in financial planning, analysis, and investment advisory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing Bank branch channel
- Strong customer relationship management abilities
- Competency in strategic planning and business development
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the financial services or banking sector
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus
