Construction Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee various commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and excellent leadership skills.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Coordinating the logistics of multiple construction sites, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Preparing comprehensive project estimates and managing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Providing technical advice and suggestions for process improvements on particular projects.
  • Troubleshooting equipment issues as required.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure the best contracts.
  • Authorizing construction plans and engineering designs.
  • Creating project schedules and communicating any adjustments to team members and stakeholders.
  • Gathering data, compiling reports, and delivering presentations to relevant parties.
  • Assigning tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where necessary.
  • Ensuring quality assurance and providing constructive feedback to the team.
