We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, contributing to the strategic growth of our organization, and providing expert advice on employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles, including sales executives, site engineers, marketing professionals, customer relationship managers, and corporate staff. This will involve developing and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline using job portals, social media, consultants, referrals, and networking within the real estate sector.
- Onboarding & Induction
The HR Manager will design and deliver structured onboarding programs tailored to different functions (sales, site, back office). They will conduct orientation sessions to align new hires with company policies, processes, and culture, ensuring smooth integration of employees through buddy programs and probation review processes.
- Performance Management
The successful candidate will assist in implementing performance management systems (KRA/KPI based for sales & site staff). They will support managers in conducting quarterly and annual performance reviews, monitor underperformance cases, and recommend corrective actions or training interventions.
- Training & Development
The HR Manager will identify skill gaps through performance reviews and employee feedback. They will coordinate training workshops on sales techniques, customer handling, compliance, and soft skills, tracking training effectiveness through assessments and follow-ups.
- HR Operations & Compliance
Maintaining accurate employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases is a key responsibility of the role. The successful candidate will handle payroll inputs, ensure compliance with all labor laws, and prepare HR MIS reports for management review.
- Employee Engagement & Culture Building
The HR Manager will plan and execute engagement initiatives, build communication channels that promote transparency and trust, conduct regular feedback sessions and employee satisfaction surveys, and develop reward & recognition programs for sales achievements, project milestones, and loyalty.
- Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
The successful candidate will act as the go-to HR contact for employee queries and issues, handle grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions with sensitivity and fairness, and support in exit processes and analyze attrition patterns.
Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8 years of HR experience (real estate, construction, or sales-driven industries preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, talent acquisition, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience in payroll coordination and HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
