The Human Resources Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department. Key responsibilities include managing employee records, coordinating training sessions, and assisting with recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions for employees
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Assist in benefits administration and HRIS maintenance
- Support recruitment processes and assist with interview coordination
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Skills in Training coordination and facilitation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
