Job Overview

The role of an HR Intern involves contributing to various facets of Human Resources, fostering growth and development through hands-on experience.

This internship is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, with opportunities to work closely with key departments such as Recruitment, HR Operations, Learning & Development (L&D), and Compensation & Benefits (C&B).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the analysis of HR data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate in the creation of reports and dashboards to track key metrics.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Partner with HR teams to standardize workflows.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies and analyze compensation data.
  • Assist in evaluating employee benefits and drafting recommendations.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of Learning & Development (L&D) programs.
  • Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and gathering feedback.
  • Support Recruitment teams with hiring initiatives.
  • Provide assistance in HR Operations, including employee data management and compliance tracking.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Passion for learning and contributing to a dynamic HR environment.
