HR Business Partner Role Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner role is a key position within the organization that serves as a strategic partner to various business units. This individual will be responsible for implementing HR practices and processes that support operational needs, ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align HR practices with business objectives to ensure seamless execution of core HR processes.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs to facilitate effective integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances; provide timely resolution and compliant response.
  • Support managers in the performance management cycle by facilitating goal setting, development plans, and timely feedback.
  • Maintain HR dashboards and utilize data insights to monitor key people metrics, including attrition, engagement, and productivity.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities that foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with the central HR team on key projects, including compliance, audits, learning, and talent reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in a generalist or HRBP support role with exposure to core HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferably from a reputable institution).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships across levels.
  • Experience in managing employee relations, inductions, and supporting performance processes.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities with attention to detail and process adherence.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards is preferred.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
