Job Title: HR Manager

  • We are a fast-growing influencer marketing agency looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations, oversee the development of HR policies and procedures, and assist in performance management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Day-to-Day HR Operations:
    • Recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
    • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation
  • Develop and Implement HR Policies and Procedures:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Coordinate Recruitment Cycle:
    • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent
  • Assist in Performance Management Processes:
    • Set KPIs, conduct appraisals, and provide guidance on employee development
  • Support Employee Engagement Initiatives:
    • Team-building activities, training programs, and performance incentives
  • Handle Employee Grievances:
    • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Managerial role
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR issues
