Key Role: HR Manager

The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing Human Resources strategies, policies, and programs that align with our organizational objectives.

This key position requires strong leadership skills to foster a positive and inclusive work culture, develop and implement effective recruitment processes, and lead employee onboarding initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, be able to build relationships across all levels of the organization, and demonstrate problem-solving abilities to address sensitive matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business needs.
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely and effective recruitment.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition and integration into the organization.
  • Foster positive employee relations by promoting effective communication, conflict resolution, and a respectful work environment.
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
  • Identify training and development needs, design and deliver training programs, and facilitate employee skill enhancement and career growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and software for data management and reporting.
