Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished HR professional to drive our organizational strategy and lead human resources practices.

This role will oversee all aspects of job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with the business vision
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues effectively
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent
  • Support business needs through human capital development, engagement, motivation, and preservation strategies
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and growth
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and productivity
  • Maintain a competitive pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs and apply monitoring training programs to enhance employee skills
  • Report to management and provide data-driven decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations throughout human resource management
