Job Title: HR & Admin Executive
Role Summary- We are seeking an experienced HR and Administrative professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources and administrative functions, including employee onboarding, engagement, performance management, and facilities management.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR generalist functions, employee communication, and performance management. They will also possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Onboarding and Integration: Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires feel welcome and integrated into the team.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular check-ins with employees, provide coaching and feedback, and manage performance improvement plans as needed.
- Facilities Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including space management, electrical services, and internet services.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field; MA/MS preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR generalist functions, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
