Job Overview

  • Leaves and Attendance Tracking: The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking leaves and attendance, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Administrative Support: This role requires someone who can provide administrative support to the HR team on a daily basis, handling tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Compliance and Audit Preparation: We need someone who can assist with compliance and audit preparation activities, ensuring the smooth running of operations.
  • Office Duties: The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with general office duties, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization.
  • Filing Systems: Our ideal candidate will be able to maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring all documents are easily accessible.
  • Reports and Presentations: We require someone who can assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets, providing insights and analysis.
  • Office Supplies and Inventory: The successful candidate will be responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
  • Internal Events and Meetings: This role requires someone who can coordinate and support internal events and meetings, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Ongoing Administrative Tasks: The successful candidate will be responsible for performing other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Experience in HR software and systems, preferably Workday or similar.
