- Administrative Support: This role requires someone who can provide administrative support to the HR team on a daily basis, handling tasks and projects as assigned.
- Compliance and Audit Preparation: We need someone who can assist with compliance and audit preparation activities, ensuring the smooth running of operations.
- Office Duties: The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with general office duties, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization.
- Filing Systems: Our ideal candidate will be able to maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring all documents are easily accessible.
- Reports and Presentations: We require someone who can assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets, providing insights and analysis.
- Office Supplies and Inventory: The successful candidate will be responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
- Internal Events and Meetings: This role requires someone who can coordinate and support internal events and meetings, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Ongoing Administrative Tasks: The successful candidate will be responsible for performing other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
