Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
The role of an HR Coordinator is to provide administrative support to the Human Resources department in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases
- Assist with payroll preparation, ensuring accuracy in leave and attendance data
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws and company policies
- Organize engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Support employee development initiatives, including training sessions and performance appraisals
- Draft HR-related documents, such as offer letters and clearance certificates
- Coordinate exit formalities, including clearance and final settlement
- Prepare HR reports for management, highlighting key metrics and trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or administration
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
