Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner Manager

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of human resource strategies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve employee queries and concerns efficiently, tracking outcomes within agreed timelines to maintain a high level of job satisfaction.
  • Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and organizational policies to safeguard the interests of both employees and the organization.
  • Implement and enforce policies related to discipline and code of conduct, promoting a culture of professionalism throughout the organization.
  • Maintain an attrition rate of 5% or below through proactive engagement and retention strategies, thereby minimizing turnover and its associated costs.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams to foster a positive work environment.
  • Facilitate engagement action planning, record minutes, action points, and responses, and track progress, ensuring timely communication of closures to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Ensure timely sign-offs of KRAs (Key Result Areas) from new employees and during role changes to guarantee alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate and ensure the completion of half-year and annual performance appraisals, providing valuable feedback for growth and development.
  • Monitor adherence to training plans and performance improvement initiatives to optimize employee capabilities.
  • Conduct exit interviews to analyze employee turnover trends and propose corrective actions to minimize future losses.
  • Focus on employee retention by identifying key factors influencing attrition, developing targeted strategies to mitigate these drivers.
  • Work on branding and intelligence initiatives to enhance employer brand presence and attract top talent.
  • Ensure adherence to security, zero tolerance, privacy, disciplinary, and learning policies within the business to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently across teams and departments.
