Human Resources Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our HR department in day-to-day functions, including employee records management, benefits administration, and recruitment processes.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR information systems, including data entry, updates, and reports.
  • Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing administrative assistance.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and facilitating training sessions for employees, focusing on skills development and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration.
  • Skills in Training coordination and facilitation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
